Sponsorship Terms
- Sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and written approval.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure an approved paid sponsorship.
- The remaining 50% is due 45 days before the applicable Market.
- Specific recognition and activation benefits must be confirmed in the sponsorship agreement.
- Business-category exclusivity is provided only where expressly approved.
- Sponsors may inquire about Spring, Fall or both Markets.
- Sponsor recognition may continue through the end of 2027 according to the approved package.
- Sponsors receive a post-event impact recap based on available verified information.
- Physical placement is subject to safety, available space and the approved Market layout.
